An Italian court has overturned a €4.2 million fine against the low-cost airline, ruling that the competition authority had acted discriminatorily towards the company. The company now claims that the decision also strengthens its appeal against an additional €256 million fine, and is appealing to the prime minister to urgently reform the Italian competition authority
